Afternoon Nap
My case DIYPC Gamemax-W ATX Full Tower comes with 5 fans, 2 in front, 2 on top, 1 at the rear (all 120mm). But my motherboard ASROCK H170A-X1 has only two chassis fan headers (each with 4 pins). What to do now? I still have no idea whether the case fans have 3 or 4-pin connectors. EDIT: Someone answered on newegg that the fans have both 3 and 4 pin connectors. Edited May 12, 2016 by Afternoon Nap
JohnFlower
Buy a fan controller. Next time, don't skimp on the motherboard.
Koby
If it's this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353059 The case says it has an integrated fan controller up top. Should be able to utilize it to plug all fans. But yeah, for about $10 more you could have had a much nicer mobo imo.
