The rules specifically say we are an English speaking community and you must post in English. If English isn't their native language they can post in their own language but need to also post an English translation (which can be done with Google Translate, etc...) Otherwise, they just need to go find another forum they can respond to. When I see a non-English post I tend to delete it and give the user a warning and ultimately a ban if they continue.
