[Solved] Where are the most current links?

Why are there links in the forum and on the regular site? Are the links the same or are the older ones on the regular site?

Everything on the site can be found on the forum. Plus hundreds of other series not found on the site can be found here because anyone is free to post their uploads here, while the site is only what I am able to manage myself.
