Kazuma Kondou and Jinsei Kataoka debuted with their manga Deadman Wonderland in 2006. The manga series was serialized in Shounen Ace magazine and ended in 2013. It received a 12-episode anime adaptation in Spring 2011 by Manglobe. The authors also wrote the manga version of Eureka Seven, based on the "Project Eureka" media mix project.

Smokin' Parade, based on images that have surfaced seems to be like Deadman Wonderland, where users controlled their blood as a special power, only swap out blood for smoke. Seems pretty interesting from what I've seen, though I'd be more interested in a season 2 or reboot of the Deadman Wonderland anime, especially since the manga is over.
