[Solved] restriction problem

hi im new to the forum , i m having a problem in this forum .

Everytime i visit this link http://forums.kametsu.com/showthread.php?t=3267

it shows this

but it didnt helped .

This message shows to be your 5th. So as of the time of writing the post you didn't have 5 posts apparently. As for why you don't have access, the forum is set to upgrade accounts on a 30 minute basis. So from the last time it upgraded it's 30 minutes till it goes and upgrades every account that meets the conditions to be upgraded. So from the time you reach 5 posts it could take up to 30 minutes at most till your account is upgraded and you can access the downloads.
