_A_ Posted August 5, 2016 Report Share Posted August 5, 2016 Normally I start with manga then I watch anime because manga is original and anime could contain fillers and there are scenes in the manga that aren't shown in the anime; but in some cases, I watch anime first (Shoukugeki no Souma for example)... I just enjoy animation and full color more than black and white and static images. If I'm going to read a book, I'm more likely to pick up a novel. Because i hardly buy any manga copies lately, i tend to watch anime (adaptation) first than the original works (manga or visual novel). I never read ongoing work (except Berserk) and I always buy hard copy cus i dont really like to read on the computer/tablet. Death Note & Orange are the only time where I read the manga first (Well, im currently reading both of them, and have not yet watched either of the anime).
