Suspense+psychological.Variante - Now I read this like, YEARS ago. I loved it though, but can't remember it too well.Anorexia - Shikabane Hanako wa kyoshokushou - WARNING/Spoiler: Contains CRUEL cannibalism. - read if only you have a strong stomach.Judge - Made by same guy as Rabbit Doubt (see below). Same creepy feeling, I enjoyed his work a lot.These are all pretty short horror/psychological (as in human psyche, not anything intellectual like Death Note)If you want more longer ones.Hanged Doll - Korean, creepy, suspenseful.Uzumaki - I read this when I was in my naruto phase, because "WOW UZUMAKI".
