AnimeRocks
To take screencaps you can use gyazon or what I use icap. http://icap.me/ https://gyazo.com/oh okk thank you! As for actually remuxing to MP4, first you should demux the tracks you want to remux into mp4 (the audio track you want and the video). Demuxing them helps prevent errors. I recommend MKVCleaver these days for extracting stuff from MKVs.MKV Cleaver: https://code.google.com/p/mkvcleaver/downloads/detail?name=MKVcleaver_v0602.exe&can=2&q= Screenshot:As you can see, on the right it gives you the options for what you want to extract. You may have to first locate MKVToolNix which can be done with the button above the track list.Once you're done, you should end up with the separate tracks one in the format of the video and one in the format of the audio. In my example these were a .h264 file and a .aac file.Screenshot:In Yamb click the "Editing" tab and select "click to join supported files".Screenshot:Drag n drop your audio & video file into it.Screenshot:Click next and it'll mux and be done.Note, it may seem a bit excessive to get setup, but do take note that this method of turning it into mp4 requires NO re-encoding, so nothing has been altered. Encoded from a source that's already been compressed (encoded) only results in quality loss; so it's best not to re-encode unless absolutely necessary. Hence why I recommend the remux. http://icap.me/i/05a1af7d37.PNG it keeps popping up with that!
Koby
To take screencaps you can use gyazon or what I use icap. http://icap.me/ https://gyazo.com/gyazo has ads, but works with linux. I recommend http://puush.me/ It's what I've been using in this thread. With it running it's just ctrl+4 to select a portion of the screen to cap, meh... I'll just show you a screenshot of the key bindings: Let me know what the error log said. http://icap.me/i/05a1af7d37.PNG it keeps popping up with that! Might be that you have both the batch command selected and the single command selected. Single is on the left, batch selection is on the right. So if you're just doing one episode at a time; ignore the options on the right. Example:

JohnFlower
4 things (not in exact order): To delete a file: safe mode. You should be using l-smash to mux mp4's. It's more modern than mp4box. It doesn't have a GUI, so it's probably useless to you. Use puush. MKVcleaver is a pain in the arse. Make sure you select tracks that actually exist in your mkv file.
