Yeah he may have created the rasengan but it was still incomplete. And Naruto was the only one to complete it. (except Jiraiya if you would count his flame rasengan.) The 4th would start winning, Naruto would freak out like he does getting stupid powerful and the 4th would have no choice but to use the sealing jitsu killing both Naruto and himself.
