Profile Picture help

So I tried looking around the forums and using the search engine to try and find a solution to this, no luck.

Kept trying over and over, no luck.

Whenever I try uploading a picture for an avatar from, say, an imgur link, it says "User_account_disabled" and won't accept the upload. Whenever I use my Gravatar picture, it won't update or save.

Is the gravatar picture too big? Do I need to post some before I'm allowed profile picture rights? I'm somewhat frustrated with this =v =;

I think you have to make 15 posts before you're allowed to add an avatar or a signature. Also, I think avatars are restricted to 150x150 and <50mb, which that image probably is.

15 posts huh? That's rather weird, but I've been on forums where the requirement was 100. Ah well =v =

its an old settung to help with outdated software to prevent spam.

going to remove the 15 post requirement soon. also add more size for avatar.

Will this also apply to gifs?? Or are those 2 separate?
