Koby
So is this to one of your programs, or is it a virus? If the later, run MalwareBytes, then HitmanPro.If those fail to get rid of that stuff, then Google those file names and see if it pops up anything about them.If it's one of your programs, try uninstalling and reinstalling. Renzourin
ive looked them up, and VBC is an executable related to visual basic CSC has something to do with your IE 7 and CVTRES is associated with visual studio, judging from whats going on it looks like your visual basic program has been skullfucked somehow and so has your visual studio suite try uninstalling those and see if the error goes away

Renzourin
im not entirely certain, my software training is somewhat lacking and not entirely my strong suit therefore im not entirely certain i should tell you to uninstall it i think you can reinstall it but im not entirely certain, you should google it to make sure you can reinstall it easily if you can then go ahead and do so but if you cant leave it be until a better solution presents itself
Jªvª
What version of visual studio do you have installed, if you have it installed (cause usually it will ask if you want to debug the application if visual stuido is installed)
Dae314
It wouldn't hurt at this point to try just reinstalling .NET. Lets just hope this isn't a hardware problem.
Renzourin
It wouldn't hurt at this point to try just reinstalling .NET. Lets just hope this isn't a hardware problem.hardware problems present themselves usually in more serious ways, if he had a hardware problem its likely his Hard drive is dying on him and causing corruption issues with the associated exe's, therefore i find it hard to believe that his processor RAM or GFX card could be failing as they present usually with systemic crashes that are far worse then just an annoying message of this cant start and that cant start. Another factor is that its quite likely something has gotten corrupted along the lines but theres any number of ways that files get corrupted from shutting your computer down hard to storms to just random acts of fuck you by god. theres also virus's and other malware that could be causing the issue too but until the hard drive presents more symptoms of failure then programs getting corrupted im going to lean more towards software issues and possibly an old windows installation that needs to be wiped and rebooted

Back to the problem at hand, on instruction 1.4 there seems to be no "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 RTL x86 enu" only related to this one is "Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile" is this the one I should uninstall?
