First off is Izuru Kira, who is the one with the sword that doubles weight. I think that he would be super awesome to have a bankai that controls gravity. So maybe he doesnt have captain level speed, but he can just slow down anything by crushing it down. Yumichika Ayasegawa has the power to suck energy with his sword. So imagine a bankai where it indiscriminately sucks up energy to power him up? Of course, it would hurt allies as well as enemies and would tear apart buildings in the Soul Society like that special Quincy glove, only faster and stronger.
