jDownloader broken

i did an update on jdownloaderthe other day, and now everytime i use it my screen goes white.... i didn't even know that happened to computers!

any idea if there is a fix for it or should i just get rid of it?

Yeah probably best way is to delete all traces of it, then reinstall.

my jdownloader is always throwing fits.

try deleting the log file from the config directory if it has grown too large.

otherwards update java and scrap jdownloader... after backing up the settings if you can.

There is a backup directory in there try replacing the script and properties files from one from a few days ago.

I am using the current update and it is working fine for me. Try reinstalling it and se if it works after that.

I am having problem with the program as well, since i upgraded to new computer I cant even get jdownloader to install. At first I thought it was cuz I went from 32 bit to 64 bit but after further investigation that was not the case. I currently have no clue where to start.

Try installing an older version of the software. It might help
