Naruto: Best Sensei

I would say that the Third seems to be the best sensei. From what we see, he seems to be the first person to use most of the teaching techniques that were passed down. Additionally, he also seems to have a better balance between virtue and vice, other good teachers like kekashi and jaraiya have way too many vices to be considered splendid teachers.

I would also like to point out that Yamato is in a close second, he would probably be the teacher that I would want the most, except for the fact that he cant use as many jutsu as the Third

I'd say Jiraiya. Think about it. He trained Minato who trained Kakashi, as well as Naruto and Nagato. His students all became great ninja. Nagato took down Salamander by himself, which Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade together during the war was unable to do. Minato became the fastest ninja during his time and even became Hokage. Naruto managed to surpass Minato, Nagato, and Jiraiya, and is well on his way to saving the entire world. He'll likely become Hokage before his story ends.

The 3rd trained Jiraiya who was surpassed by all of his students, Orochimaru who fell down a dark path, and Tsunade who became afraid of the sight of blood. Sure at one point these three were the Legendary Sannin, but that title doesn't really hold up anymore with this newer generation surpassing them all.

Tsunade trained Sakura... which simply turned into a mini Tsunade.

Kakashi, while training Sakura, Naruto, and Sasuke, really neglected Naruto and Sakura and only focused on training Sasuke, and we see how that turned out. Even after Kakashi's training of Sasuke, it still took Naruto to defeat Gaara... and Sasuke ran off to follow Orochimaru for more power.

Jiraiya may have many faults as a teacher, but there is no denying that all his students have turned out to be powerful ninja.

Now that I think about, I might just change my opinion as to who should the best sensei. Yeah, Jiraya would probably be a better choice then Kakashi. But you know Koby, it wasn't because of Jiraya's training that Nagato defeated Hanzo or Minato became the fastest. Nagato already had the rinnegan which was his only weapon against Hanzo and Minato taught himself the Flying Thunder God. But I do agree with the fact that Jiraya trained Naruto in such a manner which helped Naruto to become one of the strongest shinobis of all time. So I guess I will change my choice from Kakshi to Jiraya then. Though I still think that the Third is the best.
