Anyone here that likes NS english dub more than sub, but watches the sub ?

Dubs are the best. But it takes too much time for dubs to be released. so i watch the subs. But actually i prefer dubs.

I prefer dub because in sub its hard to read what they are saying even with subtitles I think that maybe im already comfortable with the english thats its gonna confusing to switch over to another language.

I find the emotion is more noticeable with the dub than the sub. Now that i think about it that seems to apply to a lot of anime for me

Dub 4 the win, unless u can read japanese then the subs r useless, might have more emotions and come out quiker but still cant go past dubs.

I love both versions, but I watch the subbed because I want to keep up with the story, and not have to wait months just for 14 eps ~ Dubbed is great though, it's one of the animes which have done a really good job with the voices! <3

Funimation and viz media dubs are often would prefer them anytime over subs their casts are awesome other smaller studios which try dubbing can keep trying...

I only watch the english dubs for Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, same goes for the Movies too.

I watch the dubs, but would prefer subs if I wasn't such a slow reader. I have trouble keeping up with the subs if the text is too long and I frequently pause the video which is very irritating so yeah, I'm still following the dubs. At this pace, it will take years to catch up with the original, so I'm considering passing on to subs.

It's surprizing to see so many people here who perfer the dubbed version. In my experience at most anime forums, members always nuthug the Jap versions no matter what. Personally I think the dub of Naruto is great. My only complaint is Naruto's voice isn't that great, but everyone else was well done.

^I agree, it seems the majority here prefer the dub where in my experience, on other forums and such, the better part of the community prefer the sub.

For the most part, I do prefer dubs over subs just in general. I'm not particularly fond of Naruto's voice, but overall I do believe the VAs played their parts quite well.

I don't personally have enough free time to get ahead and watch the subbed anime, so I really just keep up with the dub. I would love to know what happens next and all, but work gets in the way a lot, so...

As much as I hate reading subs. I admit the voicing sound is better on the Japanese voices imo.

I hate the subs and prefer the dubbed but I from time to time watch the subed because if I wait any longer I will bust a nut.
