Maybe he would add a few episodes with Naruto as the new Hokage before he actually ends it. It's Naruto's ultimate dream after all so what else will they have to show if he have achieved it already? However, if Kishi plans to end Shippuden with Naruto just defeating Tobi and then becomes the new Hokage but still hasn't settled things up with Sasuke, maybe that's the time that we could conclude that there will be another Naruto Series since he needs to finish his business with Sasuke, his ultimate rival, and deal with him but this time as Konoha's new Hokage.
