[Solved] Deleting posts and pm increase

Alright this is a question and a suggestion at the same time.

Ok I was wondering why it is that users don't have the ability to do away with there posts, I can think of only a few reasons why not. I highly doubt that it is impossible to grant this access.

Would it not make things easier if we us users of the Forum could delete our own posts, in such instances as double posting then either have to wait for admin/mod to come and delete it or ask them to do this for you.

Am not asking about the threads, just posts.

Ok I had planned on posting this but first decided to go through all the threads in this section, I found similar ones to this but not entirely the same. So I'm pretty sure this question has not been asked before.

On a side note, I saw Toddler Naruto last year had asked if the pm limit could be raised and Koby said it had been raised to 100, did this change at a later time (obviously) and could it be possible to increase it once more.

You are able to report your own posts, so the mods normally are quick to deal with it. And I think that the pm limit would be nice to be increased

Allowing the deletion of ones posts opens up too many possibilities of abuse. In the instances of a post actually needing to be deleted they can report it. As for smaller PM box, it's to encourage people to delete old PM's to keep DB clutter to a minimum. Increasing the limit only increases the likely hood of people not deleting useless/old PM's from their inbox.

I have nearly 300,000 Gil again, it is not that hard to get the Gil >.>

There's been at least 5 who've reached it, but most of them spend their Gil on name changes. Though that is kind of the point. We don't want just everyone having the ability to buy it.

I kind of had a feeling you might say that, but I though I'd give it a try anyways but I figured it might help make things easier but I was well aware of the abuse part of it all.

I plan on getting there sooner or later but first I want a multiplier, then I'll get the pm increase and I believe it's made so expensive in terms of gil to encourage users to post more in order to gain gil. But it would be nice if more items were more items to spend gil on. I don't plan on chaging my name for the simple fact it's kind of my real name.
