Neji, his death didn't do as much for the plot as some of the other deaths like asuma, itachi, jiraiya etc.

Chinatsu in Jormungand should not have died--- she had real depth and potential as a character, and Koko even asks her to join her crew, but even as twisted as Chinatsu is, she declines and gets knowingly sniped?  What a cop out!  I would have really enjoyed her take on all that happened in the rest of the series..... she and Jonah could have been the new generation of young enforcers in Koko's crew.  What A Waste!!
