Yachiru is their Lieutenant. However if I remember correctly.. Ikkaku was once offered a chance at replacing one of the Captains but he turned it down because he didn't want to leave Kenpachi. Yachiru may be their captain but it's doubtful that she is a fighter. I believe she is only in that position because the Captain can choose who their Lieutenant is.Of the actual ranked Lieutenant's it's without a doubt Renji.Though we haven't really seen Chojiro Sasakibe's fighting potential. Being the Captain Commander's Lieutenant surely he has some sort of power. Although it was shown in the Soul Society arc that Ichigo overpowered him and knocked him back without the use of his Zanpaktou.As far as favorite Lieutenant goes though.. well I like Shuhei Hisagi, but I just don't think he is on par with Renji. I don't recall it being a bankai and I'd highly doubt he'd have one ever.
