remanjot
Wow! Amazing trailer but not well for weak heart-people. People in the video are killed so badly and actions are so terrific.
travis0707
Been waiting for this to start airing. Can't wait! Sucks that the original guy had a relapse with his cancer
Koby
Andy Whitfield, who's impressive physque didn't hurt his lead performance in the Starz series "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" has died in his home country of Australia after a battle with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.Whitfield was 39.In a statement provided to Associated Press, Whitfield's wife, Vashti, called her husband a "beautiful young warrior" who died on a "sunny morning" in the "arms of his loving wife."Whitfield -- who was born in Wales and lived in Australia -- was a virtual unknown when he was cast as the title hero in "Spartacus," a hit original series for the Starz network that was known for its graphic violence and sexuality.Whitfield was preparing for the show's second season when he was diagnosed 18 months ago. And in January, the network announced that another Australian actor, Liam McIntyre, would take over the series' lead role.“We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear friend and colleague, Andy Whitfield,” said Starz president and CEO Chris Albrecht. “We were fortunate to have worked with Andy in 'Spartacus' and came to know that the man who played a champion on-screen was also a champion in his own life. Andy was an inspiration to all of us as he faced this very personal battle with courage, strength and grace. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. He will live on in the hearts of his family, friends and fans.” Source: http://www.thewrap.com/tv/column-post/andy-whitfield-former-spartacus-star-dead-39-report-30886
DragonFlykm
Tha great job with this series. I just bought the second series which is the unfortuanalty pre-sequel. But even that is done well. I look forward to season 3.It's a great shame to lose our main actor due to cancer, as such I truly hope that his replacement does a great job too. It's hard to judge him from the trailer so I guess episode one will really determine his skill with the series.Althought, if a series is done well it shouldn't really matter who the actors are.I have been told that some others may be replaced. I hope it all goes well in the end.

rue669
Who's watching the new season and what do you think of the new Spartacus? I think he's a grower, but Andy will always be the real Spartacus in that show--he was just the perfect actor to pull the "Philosopher Warrior". So glad the season is running now... love the fact that I'm going to want to say "I would have words".
Rangerxmage
Holy crap has it started? *goes off to find where I can watch it online*
layhoma
I mean it's not very hard but sometimes I miss a word or two. It's not exactly American or Queen's English and I wish they would have an option so I could turn on the close caption.
SenSei
I feel bad that the main actor that played Spartacus in blood and sand died. He had style.
tikool13
One of the best tv show ever. Spartacus: Vengeance was totally awesome and mindblowing. It might be slow at first, but it was awesome after couple of episodes. Spartacus! Spartacus! Spartacus!
LustyxChan
One of my favorite TV shows! I love it!!! I was really sad when Andy passed away, he was such an amazing Actor. Though Liam is a good actor, he just doesn't have the same passion Andy did.Vengeance was good, ending disappointed me some :/Looking forward to the new season! They are bringing in Marcus Crassus and Julius Caesar :]
