Xanodus
I can't seem to change the colour, no matter what I have tried. I tried colour picker, but that doesnt work. Any suggestions and/or tips?
TheAlterUser
That's odd. You SHOULD be able to use the color changer at the very bottom left corner. Did you click on the top layer? Because there's supposed to be two squares. One is overlapping another. The one that is on top would be the one you're going to use.Did you try doing that by any chance? Diablo
You should click on this Foreground colour button.
Xanodus
Both of you above: I do foreground colour and that, but it still don't work. I also selected the layer that I wanted to use the brush on, which was the layer that my background is.

Big Chief117
Since I'm studying video game and design, learning how to use Photoshop CS4 is a part of my course but I'm still new to the program but my guess would be the Swatches panel or color panel, should be on the right side above where your layers are(default Workspace). If not then right everywhere, it works or maybe foreground background color. I could still be wrong though. If your trying to replace a color follow instructions: 1. Zoom in on that specific area,2. Select whatever area the picture is on3. Select the rectangular marking tool or whatever tool your familiar with.4. Choose Image > Adjustments > Replace Color5. Select Localized Color Clusters, then using the Eyedropper tool, click anywhere on the object.6. Then, use Add To Eyedropper to sample other areas of the object to make sure it picture in the Replace Color window is all white.7.Drag Fuzziness slider to whatever you wantHope this helps. † Irish
what you could do is brush in the brush in whatever color it may be then go into to hue and saturation and adjust it that way.
