You can use mkvtoolnix to remux the episodes with only the audio you want before encoding if the file has more than one Audio track. As for subtitles, you'll have to hard-sub them to the video if they are soft-subbed and you intend to keep the Japanese audio or whatever. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
