giant robots ... generally with people in them "piloting" them, getting them to do advanced sky-flying maneuvers using just 5 buttons and a joystick.

Can this AMV contest have other action AMVs other then robots? Well i would like to enter one of my AMVs but its ff7 ofc... i know but i would really want to see people opinion on it.

awww ****! I mis-understood oby's message guys, my bad. I'll add another week to the contest deadline to make up for it. Sorry I haven't been active for a while, but I had to replace one of the internal components on my now even more downgraded PC after it decided to melt >.>

Lol, what i meant actually is either one of those, I was leaning a bit more toward just action - fast paced video, didn't want to be just mecha, but i guess it doesn't really matter...

lol Random now I'm not sure what to do for a video. I had an awesome mecha video planned out and found all the videos I needed for it. I guess I'll just play it safe and make a fast paced mech video with lots of action XD.

I'm currently working on an AMV, but it's comedy/parody themed. Have any of the contest thus far been for comedy/parody theme, or have they always been more action orientated?

uhh... its borked Irish, try again.

@Eden currently, themes have been mainly action, however, we have also had things like Depression, so don't rule out a "comedy or funny" critera in a hurry. The theme is dependent on the preivous winner, so its their call. Keeps things fair and interesting Imo

I don't know if I'll be able to enter this time around :\... which really sucks because I put a lot of time into my video. Megavideo still refuses to let me upload the video, and Youtube decided to block it worldwide.
