Koby Posted April 4, 2019 Report Share Posted April 4, 2019 The 13th and final episode of the second season of Mob Psycho 100 ended with an announcement on Monday that the anime series is receiving a completely new original video animation. The original creator of the series, ONE, will provide the concept for the new episode. Yuzuru Tachikawa is reprising his role as the director for the episode at Bones. The "Mob Psycho 100 II Psycho Helmet-kyou no Tsudoi Special 2019 Natsu" event will hold an advance screening for the episode on July 7. The second season's first two Blu-ray and DVD volumes, shipping on April 3 and 24, will bundle applications to enter advance tickets lotteries for the event. Cast members Setsuo Itou, Takahiro Sakurai, and Takanori Hoshino, as well as theme song performers, sajou no hana, will make an appearance at the event.Mob Psycho 100 adapts ONE's supernatural comedy manga of the same title, which ran in Ura Sunday between April 2012 and December 2017. Shogakukan published the 16th and last volume last July. The manga has over 1.2 million copies of its compiled volumes in print. The first anime season aired in Summer 2016 and was simulcast by Crunchyroll. The one-hour Mob Psycho 100: Reigen - Shirarezaru Kiseki no Reinouryokusha special, summarizing the first season and featuring commentaries by Reigen Arataka (CV: Takahiro Sakurai), debuted in March 18. The second season began airing this past January. Funimation licensed the anime series in North America and shipped the first season in December 2017. gskumar Posted April 4, 2019 Report Share Posted April 4, 2019 I don't know how this season has above 9 in MAL tbh I didn't like this season at all. There was hardly any comedy, We didn't get to see Regein useing his wicked moves and dialogues. 2nd season disappointed me. Let's see how OVA is gonna be.
