i do not like AMD that why  im looking for an Intel

Then you're going to need to buy a new CPU too and in which case, we'd need to know WHICH Intel CPU you're buying to be able to recommend a compatible mobo.

im buying a motherboard that already has a cpu that already installed on to the motherboard

Sry but there's no motherboard which comes with a pre-installed processor.

If you want, you can buy a bundle comprising both processor & motherboard.

GA-78LMT-S2 ia a motherboard with AM3+ Socket which is compatible with AMD FX-4300(the processor you currently have) and it supports DDR3 (240-pin) RAM.

GIGABYTE GA-AB350-Gaming (which you mentioned above) has AM4 socket which will neither support your current processor & a DDR3 RAM.

You will have to buy a new processor & a DDR4 (288-pin) RAM if you buy GIGABYTE GA-AB350-Gaming motherboard (which you mentioned above).

Kirito that motherboard you post to me is too high of the price, of the one I decided on is $131 at Walmart, I just wanted to know if this CPU chip https://www.walmart.com/ip/Intel-Core-i5-9400F-Desktop-Processor-6-Core-up-to-4-1GHz-Without-Processor-Graphics-LGA1151-Intel-300-Series-chipset/944198509 will match the motherboard https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/Z370-HD3-rev-10#kf I'm getting without me spending more money, my actual Budget is on building my computer is pushing for $400-500 I'm waiting on the CPU before I find the right ddr4 I need for the CPU so I can order everything I need from Walmart so I'll have it all coming at once.
