Go to a page which has already received some rating..like

 

 

 

It should look like this:

 

 

Now, hover over it, and move the mouse away..and the rating will be gone..

Again working as intended. It's lit up to give it more emphasis so that you'd see it obviously, but it fades after hovering because you obviously didn't rate it.
