All it takes is someone loading the torrent, connecting to peers and then reporting those peers. Peer Guardian, etc.. are pretty much BS or useless. Your only real options with torrents is to either get a seedbox in a country that is lax on such laws or to stop using public torrents and go straight for private torrents, or best option is to go private torrent and only torrent with your seedbox. With a seedbox, people who connect with you, see your seedbox hostname, and never get yours.
