so,I downloaded a DVD file of an interactive movie game called Dracula Unleashed, but the files came like this:

DRACULA_UNLEASHED (by Zephyros).I00
DRACULA_UNLEASHED (by Zephyros).I01
DRACULA_UNLEASHED (by Zephyros).I02
DRACULA_UNLEASHED (by Zephyros).I03
DRACULA_UNLEASHED (by Zephyros).I04
DRACULA_UNLEASHED (by Zephyros).I05
DRACULA_UNLEASHED (by Zephyros).MDS
DRACULA_UNLEASHED (by Zephyros).SFV

what kind of format is that and what do I need to do to burn in a DVD and run on my DVD player?

It's a Winter Windows Scheduler File. Some Google-fu suggests it should be playable in Windows Media Player, however I believe you may be able to extract them using 7zip. I'd probably shied away from even grabbing a download with such an extension.

Could be this...

It's an ISO mds disk image split with DVD Decrypter (to avoid problems with some file systems with large file sizes). You must use the mds file to burn/mount the image or convert it to an iso.
Use sfv file to check integrity of the files to burn (mds file + i00 file (i01 file, i02 file, i03 file, i0[number] etc).
