Toonamivhs Posted August 19, 2015 Report Share Posted August 19, 2015 I recently watched all of the first season of SAO and what happened?The first 14 episodes were pretty good. However, the second they were in ALO the writing just got worse and worse. Does anyone have any thoughts as to why the writing got worse? The entire 'SAO' arc lasted 6 episodes only when you take into count that half of it was taken from 'side-stories' and it just jumped around and time-skipped multiple times per episode. The ALO arc was by far better written. It had the plot lined out and knew where it wanted to go and it went for it. The GGO arc was even better, but then the Calibur arc just went off into what could be deemed filler-ish quality.
