a4e vs BluDragon - Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket (which looks better)

I'm trying to archive all of Gundam but with this series, 0080 I can't tell which group's version is better.

It bothers me how a4e's version lacks grain and detail in comparison to BluDragon's but it bothers me just as much that BluDragon's looks extremely wrong with all the haloing (I think that's what it's called) that make his release look very distorted.

To me both releases are lacking but if it's up to you which version would you archive?

Then I'm not sure who's version I have. The release I have has ASS subs albeit ugly as sin styled.

Also while being encoded in xvid, it has 96kbps mp3 audio for both English and Japanese.

Now I'm curious who's release I have. aniDB doesn't even list any dual-audio encodes.

I'd say between bludragon and a4e, I'd go with a4e.

You must have one ancient copy lol. I don't think it's White_Base or AM's version.

The original (R2J) DVDs have dual audio included, so the majority of encodes will have the dub, even if they don't explicitly say so.

why not keep both that's what I did....seeing as the amount of space for a4e takes and bluedragon ....I just choose them both...plus always back up to dvd data/storage disc ....hard drives fail sooner or later don't loose an awesome collection to not backing up..
