Satabell
Does anyone know any programs or techniques to add effects to gifs. Like transparencies, boarders, particles. etc Edited May 14, 2015 by 4iDragon
JohnFlower
Photoshop can do it. I don't know how to import gif's with it though. I've always started from a series of images.
ZeroPenguins
I was under the impression you could import already made gifs, of course you would only get frame by frame not the whole photoshop project file. Edit:You just open the gif with photoshop... Edited May 17, 2015 by ZeroPenguins
DarkDream787
You can use a third party software to save every individual frame of the animated GIF to several different image files. Then you can edit all of them in photoshop and put them back together into an animated GIF. Kinda time consuming but its the only way I know of without doing extra research.
