Conficker Virus Help

Hey guys, dunno if this is in the right area, because it's an assistance topic, but also tech.

I received an email from my ISP earlier informing me that we may be infected with a virus, looking at the data they provided, it appears to be a conficker. I have run Malwarebytes on all the computers on our network, but nothing showed up indicating a conficker virus. I only just heard about it when I received that email, so I am in unknown territory at the moment.

Here's a copy of the main body of the email:

We have received reports from the ACMA's Australian Internet Security

Initiative (AISI) that a machine accessing the Internet using your TPG

Service is causing unwanted traffic to be transmitted, such as spam

and viruses.

A summary of the last few complaints have been provided below:

[2014-08-23 12:47:31] [14.202.197.221] Malware: Conficker - local_port: 1904, remote_ip: 38.229.177.53, remote_port: 80, domain_name: 38.229.177.53

[2014-08-22 17:51:44] [14.202.197.221] Malware: Conficker - local_port: 3093, remote_ip: 216.66.15.109, remote_port: 80, domain_name: 216.66.15.109

[2014-08-22 11:44:51] [14.202.197.221] Malware: Conficker - local_port: 2227, remote_ip: 216.66.15.109, remote_port: 80, domain_name: 216.66.15.109, data: GET /search?q=0 HTTP/1.0

[2014-08-22 08:41:12] [14.202.197.221] Malware: Conficker - local_port: 1740, remote_ip: 38.102.150.27, remote_port: 80, domain_name: 38.102.150.27, data: GET /search?q=0 HTTP/1.0

Read this and download bitdefender at the bottom http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-downadup-conficker

Also just to make sure there isnt any other spy or adware. Download and run this in order.
