One character speaks Engrish... so some groups just jumbled up the subs for her lines to make her retarded; while other groups changed her lines to French or Spanish. Honestly imo, the best method for Engrish dialogue in a Japanese audio track with English subtitles; would be simply not to have subtitles for those lines. If the show was dubbed in English, imo they should have her speak another language for the Engrish lines spoken so it stays consitent with her speaking another language. Unlike the terrible fiasco of Genshiken 2; where characters acted like they couldn't understand this foreign girl who spoke English; despite them all speaking English in the English dub... ~_~ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
