Dojiro Lipra
I played it i loved it i never got to finish it... I hit a hard spot in the game and haven't picked it up since my lil bro broke my PS. I think my favorite charecter was Durza. I think my favorite job was the Black Knight... I wonder why you can't convert dragons... I would be unstoppable.
Koby
I had it, really liked it but never got very far. Now my FFTactics don't work, and I can't find one, since the game stores no longer sell PS1 games I will have to try pawnshops. But I recently bought Tactics Advance and will start playing after I beat Final Fantasy XII.
† Emotional Outlet
I keep overlevelling but I'm not overpowering, so I keep getting pwned by chocobos. Anyway, I've given up playing the game without cheating, so I'm going through it with a Game Shark. I dig calculators and Ramza's butt-pants. In my original run without cheats, I was pretty fond of monks and dancers.I made my dad buy me another copy of the game from Amazon. I think. Then we found our first copy and he threatened to throttle me.
Dojiro Lipra
hehe i'm not fond of the throttling thing either lol. and wow you've gotten tactics advanced and still havent started it thats dedication. what i want is a ps3 or a ps2 so i can play some FF games i'm not happy not owning more than just that one. † Emotional Outlet
Tactics Advanced? On the GBA? I totally got through it and beat it. Easiest thing I've done next to Mystic Quest, maybe. I clocked in over three hundred hours on that little thing--not because it took me that long to get through it. I just kept playing it after I beat it for no reason at all except to do it.Never finished Tactics on the PSX for no real reason. I move really slow through my RPGs.In my opinion, the older FF games are much better than the newer ones. XII seems to hold some promise though, so I wanna get my hands on that and see if that doesn't break the streak of shoddy FF games.
Dojiro Lipra
hmm maybe i should get it and beat it. for some odd reason i really enjoy rpg and mmorpg. I think if a game like .Hack ever came out i'd be the 300,000,001 person to get it. and play it. i'm currently playing a game called Guild Wars Factions now. unerasable sin
i only played the GBA advance version andnever got round to playing the PSome version.. is there really much difference? i love the GBA one just for the fact that its well over 100+ hours and you can take it anywhere, plus the story is just amazing. † Emotional Outlet
Yes, the differences between FFT and FFTA are vast--FFTA isn't a remake of FFT. Two completely different storylines. There are no judges or laws in FFT. There's a more mature, deeper storyline to FFT than there is to FFTA, and I don't think there is any definite right or wrong in FFT in terms of the characters and their actions (well, maybe the demons are more wrong than everyone else). You learn skills and spells by spending job points, not from equipment. And other stuff related to gameplay. If you liked FFTA, you'll probably like FFT too. It is harder than FFTA, but I prefer it greatly over the GBA counterpart.
Riku-kun
I loved Final Fantasy Tactics. Besides FFVII, both Tactics were my favorites. No doubt. And the stories are surprisingly more interesting.
