Myrodis19
I was wondering if any of you can offer any good fantasy anime that fits the epicness of Bleach. And has both a good story as well as good action.
Koby
We have a board for recommendations now, so I moved the thread there. Also Bleach isn't epic. It's just a completely stolen/ripped series from Yuyu Hakusho with less drama and bad-ass-ness. Heck several story arcs including the first half of the bount arc is completely stolen from Yuyu Hakusho without changing anything besides the characters who play the parts. True Bleach is still good when it's not in filler (which Bleach fillers is more than half the series), but it's actually lost the action in it's fights and the story is now being dragged down by slow pacing and fillers. So if you looking for stuff similar to Bleach but better.. then check out Yuyu Hakusho, D.Gray-man, Soul Eater, and One Piece. I heard its just a big comedy. And ive seen all of Yu Yu Hakusho love it and i agree with the bount arc thing.

The dub for Soul Eater was complete shit though, so if you don't mind watching subs, then you should definitely check it out subtitled. The only problem I had with it was the occasional goofy episode with Excaliber which was actually okay sometimes.. and the fact it eventually strayed from the manga and just ended. It should definitely be re-done like Brotherhood was for Fullmetal Alchemist once the manga is over.. because Soul Eater was epic on episodes from manga. The Anime ending though sucked. Koby
How are the battles in it though?Soul Eater battles? Hmm.. They are some of the best I've seen in shonen as of late, it's not a afraid to try new styles in it either. I mean, the battles are by far the best thing in Soul Eater. Especially the Black Star vs. Samurai battles. Which they fight like 3 times throughout the series. Heck one of the fights involved Stein beating 2 of the main casts all while sitting in his chair for the most part of the fight, lolz.

Jeordy
I would definitely check out Soul Eater. I thought it would be a bit childish too but it gets a lot better after a few episodes.Should also check out Black Cat, excellent series.
