All it means is that you must reach 15 posts all up in any thread (Except for the SeeD-hallway and forum games as these do not contribute to your overall post count.) Your posts will then be validated via a admin to make sure they are good posts and not SPAM. Spam can be one of many things such as a short post (Like saying "Yeah" or "I agree with the above" are short and not good posts and will be deleted) or way off topic. If you take your time while posting and just write a few good sentences about the topics your posting in, you will find 15 posts is easy to get to. Taking another look it seems you have already reached 15, but I hope this also gives you some insight for future reference. If you have any other questions please direct yourself here.
