I have a sicknasty writing block but I'm almost at the point where I can
probably come up with something. But this time I want you guys involved, so I'm hopping on the sign up thread bandwagon.

 

Plot details/premise:

Without giving too much away, this takes place in Reclaimed Earth, which is the setting of my story Unicorn Killer. It has a couple familiar faces from there, along with some new ones, with the same rules of the world.
After a serious debate over the best way to kill and torture, Marcellino and Xian gather up some people and set them loose in a building full of traps and terror. They may or may not be hiding in the shadows, ready to spring out and do a little torture themselves...

Nickname(s): Nope, everyone just uses his full name, all the time, for no discernible reason.
Age: 22
Gender: Male

Hair: Spikey brown, with some signs of premature balding.
Eyes: Green
Build: Slightly pear shaped.
Jewelery/Accessories: He wears a gold I.D. Bracelet. It reads, "The Magic Man."
Other Physical Attributes: He has Sean Connery levels of curly brown chest hair.

Personality: Kind of a douche, prefers the term "assertive." Talks about himself a lot.
Likes: Likes when people "catch" him naked on "accident." Also, likes performing singer/songwriter music in "private" where people can hear him.
Dislike/Fears: Afraid that people won't notice him (he often makes noise upon entering a room).
History/Background: After reading Hegel (or your world's equivalent) in high school, his life was changed forever. He began using big words and acting better than everyone else, because -- well -- how many other high schoolers make it through Hegel? Hopped around colleges because none of them could live up to his "brilliance," and they didn't like him skipping class so much.

Other Notes: Has a single bar of musical notes tattooed around his left wrist. It might be code for some kind of ancient prophecy, but he has NO clue what it says. He pretends he wrote the notes himself. Thinks his penis is huge and porn-worthy, even though it's only average.
Written Visual Description: He has green eyes, brown hair with signs of premature balding and a little more stomach than he needs, but wears clothes that are a size too small.

Age: 17
Gender: Cis female

Hair: The most scene hair you have ever seen. Teased and abused tresses of the brightest pink underscored with black. Is very particular about having it part to the left.
Eyes: Brown
Build: Imagine a pencil. That is Aaralyn. About average height, not that anyone would know with all that hair she's got on her head.
Jewelery/Accessories: She has a massive collection of bows and and tiny tiaras. Rarely seen without her striped fingerless gloves.
Other Physical Attributes: She draws hearts and stars on her cheeks like it is the coolest thing in the universe. Wears a fake Monroe piercing.

Personality: Abrasive and loud, tries to put a positive spin on almost everything. She has no filter.
Likes: Being "random", saying inappropriate things to get a rise out of people. Dinosaurs.
Dislike/Fears: People who aren't fun. People copying/"biting" her style. Snakes.
History/Background: Never the type to back down, not even as a kid, she takes great pleasure in socialising and networking. After seeing one too many kids get bullied, she decided she would never be a victim and crafted her current persona. A bit of a troublemaker through her schooling years, she dropped out partway through school and has been living with a long-suffering girlfriend since then. Aaralyn assures her she will be less of a useless lump in the future, people just aren't ready for her ideas yet.

Written Visual Description: Aaralyn is immediately colourful and bright, with mixed patterns and clashing accessories, topped off by voluminous and brightly dyed hair that does little but emphasise her thin frame. Her skin is on the pale side and her eyes are brown, underscored by dark eyeliner and penciled on stars and hearts. She wears a fake Monroe piercing and feels naked without a pair of fingerless gloves.

Age: 23 but looks like a teenager

Hair: Short straight hair with streaks of electric blue, cut in uneven lengths and a side-swept fringe covering one eye.
Eyes: Sapphire blue
Build: About 5' 7" in height and with a toned body.
Jewellery/Accessories: A silver cross hangs from her right ear and a butterfly stud in her left ear, a silver studded leather choker around her neck, a long chain with a guitar pendent, a leather bracelet on her left wrist and a silver watch on her right.  
Other Physical Attributes: She has tattoos of a phoenix across her collarbones, a dragon on the right side of her back and a serpent entwined around a sword on on her left arm.

Personality: Mostly quiet and calm, prefers to be on her own, has an violent temper and can be quite brutal in fights. She thinks practically, is a very good actress (able to fool people without getting caught), daring and accepts anything she finds challenging, trusts no one and hides her emotions well.
Likes: Chocolate, french fries, noodles, cocoa (food), sports, martial arts and guns, reading books, animals, the colour black.
Dislike/Fears: Little kids and babies, girly clothes, team activities, boys in general, is afraid of escalators.
History/Background: Crystal lived a normal life until age seven when her family (father, mother, brother & sister) is murdered by assassins. She is saved only when she fired her father's gun at one of the assassins and scared them off. Chased out of her home and forced to live on the streets mainly, she changed from a kind, loving child to a hard, cold-hearted, ruthless woman who would also become an assassin from the age of 16 who had no other purpose in life but to find who killed her family and why. She never went to school after that incident, spending most of her time in libraries and with the gangsters, learning how to fight and using her book knowledge whenever she had to kill someone.     

Other Notes: She has planned to kill herself once she takes revenge on her family's murderers.
Written Visual Description: Crystal has sapphire blue eyes made up with black eye liner, a small nose and mouth, uneven lengths of short straight hair streaked in electric blue framing her round face. She wore only black clothes, most of them leather and tight-fitting, and she is rarely seen without a jacket of some sort and two guns strapped to her belt or legs. For some reason, she wears ocean blue nail polish on her left fingernails and sea green on her right, as if to remind her of something.

there are no guns in land merm populated earth, because it breaks the cycle of mermish reincarnation. all of them that have have been found were melted down to be used for currency or jewelery/graciously donated to some dragons living active volcanoes who ate them.

i guess i should explain the reincarnation a little. you see, when a mermish being dies, their soul is absorbed by the sea until they're given another body/physical manifestation. guns broke that cycle, because there wasn't a way for their souls to go back to the sea. the mermaid goddess doesn't like such violence anyway ; n;/ but she did realize that there /was/ going to be some type of fighting, so instead of guns, they fight with enchanted music that throws the victim's soul back into the sea. land mermish can fight, and the mermaid goddess doesn't lose any population. everybody's happy. unless you were reincarnated as a sea slug. that would just suck.

and they would look at a sword and be pretty confused about how to use it outside of cutting huge sides of meat with tbh.

Personality: Uptight and very full himself, also believes he is god’s gift to woman and will hit on anything that’s female.

History/Background: Born from a poor family he started his own business at age 15, selling drugs on the street and quickly grew up in the business, now living it large in his apartment with his “wife”

Written Visual Description: Tanned brown skin that hasn’t seen a day of real work ever so it’s smooth and soft. His hair is medium length and is generally falling over his face or the down onto his shoulders, majority of it being slicked back though. His build is thin and he often doesn’t eat due to the drugs in his system, making him kind of frail but still strong enough because of his workouts.

Hair: Long black hair with a lot of grey in it, worn tied up in a messy ponytail always.

Build: A chubby older woman with a large frame
Jewelry/Accessories: Wears a lot of bulky stone jewelry, rings covering all of her fingers and wears a large beaded necklace. Also long dangly earrings.
Other Physical Attributes: Has both ears pierced.

Personality: Very old fashioned way of thinking, believing everyone to have to be proper and that a woman’s place is in the home just like it was for her. Rather quick to insult younger woman, often calling them sluts and the like.
Likes: Chocolate Mint flavored alcohol.
Dislike/Fears: Spiders, Needles, Cutting herself with a knife when washing up.
History/Background: Deardra grew up in a very strict household, treated as a woman should be, those being her father’s words as she only went to school to year six, her father not allowing her a higher education so she is quite naïve to many things. She is also unmarried and has no children, having never had a partner in her life.

Written Visual Description: A rotund woman in her fifties who believes she is pretty and proper when really is neither, often disgusted by men because of the way she acts the clothing she wears. Her skin is also aged which makes her look much older than fifty.

Hair: Short brown hair that’s spiked up.
Eyes: Dull blue eyes
Build: Very heavily muscled build but with a bit of a small head.
Jewelry/Accessories: None
Other Physical Attributes: Pea brained.

Personality: Average stupid jock who thinks sports is the answer to everything, even when it comes to math.
Likes:  Sports, Cheap Beer and Weights.
Dislike/Fears:  Afraid of pretty much everything but hides this with his large ego, is specifically afraid of heights and falling.
History/Background:  Spent majority of his life outside playing some sort of game, then got into weights as a teen and by the time he was nineteen was an avid sportsman, albeit rather stupid.

Other Notes: Cannot count above 7.
Written Visual Description: Hulk like man with a small shaped head, thick eyebrows and short spiked hair. Is often seen wearing some sort of sports clothing that is usually too tight for his hulk body. His entire body is well out of proportion to his head, also a rather tall man, standing at 6’9.

Sorry this took so fucking long. His name is ridic, I know. I wanted something musical, but it sounds like it belongs in Eternal Sonata. It also kind of sounds like a stripper name or even a drag queen name (which is awesome). You can change it if you want. I suck at names anyway.

Name: Falsetto Overture

Nickname(s): Seto or Set

Age: 18 (but totally looks 15 or 16)

Gender: Male

Hair: Dark brown with a hint of red. It's ridiculously pretty, a medium-short length, and a little wavy.

Eyes: Green

Build: Very slim, not very muscular (just a little toned). Average height.

Jewelery/Accessories: Whatever jewelery/accessories come with the soldier/servant uniform of the strings unit. (I'm not sure if other jewelery/accessories are allowed with the uniform)

Other Physical Attributes: Has a cute little beauty mark under one of his eyes. Has really long, pretty eyelashes. (I'm not sure if piercings/tattoos are allowed in the military)

Personality: He usually seems cold, distant, quiet, and keeps to himself around most people, not because he's shy but because he just doesn't like most people. He's kind of an asshole, in a lone wolf kind of way. You know how they say you need to watch out for the quiet ones? Yeah. Extremely servile when it comes to Marcellino. Not a very positive person. Is a total masochist. Will quietly plot revenge if someone pisses him off, which doesn't always take much. Can fake being a friend if he feels he can use that person for something.

Likes: Marcellino, his violin, music, art, getting Marcellino's attention (especially the negative kind, like getting hit or otherwise punished by Marcellino), colorful things, animals (they're much better than people), bad weather.

Dislike/Fears: People, getting ignored by Marcellino, watching others get Marcellino's attention (whether it is positive or negative attention), heights, enclosed spaces, snakes, the dark.

History/Background: Had a pretty normal upbringing but never really fit in since he's kind of a weirdo. He doesn't really like his family, but they never really did anything wrong. He joined the military's strings unit the first chance he got for a few different reasons. He never really felt like doing anything else with his life, he had mad violin skills, and he wanted to get away from his family and classmates. Being so pretty and effeminate-looking gave him an advantage. In the current times of peace, Marcellino keeps him around as one of his servants because of his good looks. The effeminate "pretty boys" started getting more difficult to find, so a lot of his fellow servants are androgynous females. Because of the major sin of hitting females, when Marcellino has to vent, sometimes he takes it out on his few male servants. And Set loves it.

Other Notes: Totally obsessed with Marcellino. It's not so much love as it is an unhealthy obsession/lust. Doesn't have the ability to emotionally connect with anyone else. Uses some of the other male soldiers for sex, but usually thinks about Marcello the whole time (oops). It's really just to satisfy his physical needs anyway. And yeah, he's quite the little slut.

I also thought about naming him Apollo Belvedere after the super fucking famous statue of Apollo. He was the most beautiful of all the Greek gods, after all. Aside from his long-ass list of crap that he was the patron god of, he was totally like the king of effeminate-looking, beautiful young males.
