Face looks a little weird though, but with fan art, usually it isn't exact as it's a different artist. xDI think the hair could use a little black vectoring in the middle. But you probably want to stick as much to the original as possible. Forgot how the original looked. Perhaps make a link to it with each step you post here. xDBut again like I said, it's really looking great. Way better then I could have done.Oh and I think the hair should be more yellowish like it is on the anime. Maybe thats what looks weird.
