Is the "No Used Games" policy true about the 3rd Gen consoles true?!

That's disgusting! I won't be upgrading to the next gen models if that happens. Stick with my old games (my PS3 is backwards compatible) and the PC if anything good comes out.

If it doesn't come out on the PC then they won't be getting my business.

I wonder if they would have a "rent" option to do away with the hiring of games from video shops.

Hate to break it to you, but current gen and PC both have already been experimenting with this, if you'd had bothered reading you'd have known that.

Yeah they have, but at least I won't fork out the $1000+ they'll want for the next gen console. I already own a PC and the PS3/360. (I live in Australia, I'll be surprised if they don't want closer to 2k).

The only way we'll get anything out of them if if sales are much poorer than expected.
