DrumRoll
If you, like myself have experienced this problem then use a download manager called Mipony, at least until Jdownloader is working properly again.Don't worry, I know Mipony sounds terrible but I can confirm that its quite good...so far.anyway, thought I would share this little bit of information in case any of you assumed it was down to SOPA/ACTA etc.

DrumRoll
maybe they fixed it? Either way, people have been experiencing problems of late and downloading without a manager is just painful.

Koby
maybe they fixed it? Either way, people have been experiencing problems of late and downloading without a manager is just painful. They couldn't have fixed something that wasn't broken. I've had a large queue going for the last two weeks without any issues.
lemmingllama
Ok now, I just checked and most problems are easily fixed with an update. So try using your updater Drum and see if that helps
RikuoAmero
Speaking of JDownloader, I discovered a useful feature yesterday, namely downloading every video on a Youtube account at once. Just open JDownloader, go to Youtube, find the account you want to download from, and go to the page where it lists all their uploaded videos. Then, copy the URL, go back to JDownloader and click the Linkgrabber tab. In there, click on the Add URL button, paste the URL, and click on Parse URLs. Give it a few minutes to load the page and have a look at it.Once its done, you should have a bunch of video links. More than likely, you'll have several copies of the same video, in different formats and resolutions. So, if you're going for say Epic Meal Time, it'll take you a while to select only the versions you want, but as long as you hold down CTRL and left click on the ones you want, you can then, once you're finished, right click on one of your selected videos and then start your download.EDIT: Just had a thought about this while in the shower ^^ What about creating dummy Youtube accounts, uploading our anime episodes to them, tell others here on Kametsu the account name with a link, then batch download them with JDownloader? Only problems are that Youtube doesn't allow Dual-Audio and that ContentID will sooner or later find your videos and close them.
