Skitz
I don't see or hear much of anything about it or see signs of a remake. Only the crappy psx remake which Square didn't put any work into at all. I'm talking about Final Fantasy 6, also known as 3 in America for the SNES. Kids today only know the 3D versions of anything & lack appreciation for the God Father Titles. Final Fantasy 6 in my opinion had one of the best story lines and greatest cast of all time. The soundtrack and feelings were ahead of it's time. A mind blowing experience that would easily capture anyone who gave it a chance. They spend all their time remaking 7 & and now 10, a title that probably doesn't even need a remake, when they got giants like 6 who I think would destroy the market if they were set loose in PS3 graphics. Who else thinks a Final Fantasy 6 remake would be a great idea?
Koby
Final Fantasy VI was recently re-released this year on the Wii's Virtual Console under the name of Final Fantasy III. You're right though. It's one of the few that hasn't been talked about for a remake. Although despite a lot of people seeming to like it, it was one of the classics I just never really got into. I think I played a couple hours into and lost interest. I do plan to go back to it eventually but I rarely seem to find much time for games these days as is and there are a lot of games I'd rather play that are higher on my list of priorities. evil_ash
Im thinking they should do what they did to 1 2 and 4 on the psp but to the rest of them especially what they did to ff4 the complete collection
Lord of Ruin
Personally I think FF9 is under rated, all the hype seems to be concentrated at FF7. Perhaps this is because I played FF7 after FF8 and FF9, however I still preferred the story of FF9. Does anyone agree?
scwintz101
i agree on most of your points: 6, 8, and 9 are my 3 favorites. there should have been remakes or sequels to them before 4 ff7 games
shiningblade
FF X-2 is severely underrated just because it's not a clone of FF-X. The gameplay is still excellent and has a lot of variety. Yeah. . . the aeons not being usable any more is sad but it's in keeping with the story.
ty2050
I loved 2, but there is no way for them to really re make it it's story line was just a little to basic.
spinelli39
I really liked X but it doesn't really need a remake. I was kind of disappointed in X-2, even as a girl the costume changes seemed kind of lame. A good friend and I always used to go back and forth between which was better 7 and 9. I still can't decide. That being said I would love a remake of 8 and 9 to go with 7. Its silly to do 7 without the other 2.
Minkseru
I have only ever completed 8, and Tactics Advanced. I personally enjoyed the gear learning system, even if it did take some getting used to at first, but I felt they really could have improved it on that note. I very much enjoyed the gf system from eight because of the way it allowed you to play more with the characters you liked not just the characters everybody used because of their limit finishes. Though both I think could have had far more expansion on them.
