I mean if it sucks it sucks . I will be posting my work here as i make them. † shinji Posted December 21, 2006 Report Share Posted December 21, 2006 one thing: all of your sigs are over crowded with unnecessary things.what i would do is start simplistically .. like do one or more to effects. ask yourself if that's enough ... and if it's not, keep on going on. Colour - your sigs are too monotonic. (one colour) .. use colour balance or the "layer mask - colour balance"i wrote up a tutorial on how to do it which u can see here:http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b149/drifter_/tutorialpart2.jpgand another pointer is text.you see how your sig is too cluttered to properly place any text properly?especially in the last sig "surprise me"new font = win as well.also work on ur lighting and contrast. get msn. i'll help u. lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Alchemist Posted December 22, 2006 Report Share Posted December 22, 2006 Try to apply some flow to your sigs, there is alot of random things thrown in. Also, the stock is hard to see in some of your sigs (3rd, 4th especially). Adjustment layers help alot as well. I would suggest getting a new font too. I suggest switching it up once and awhile to see what you come up with.The colors are nice, though. The pink ones are standing out a bit too much, but the others are great. phxofgrn Posted December 26, 2006 Author Report Share Posted December 26, 2006 Thanks for the CnC guys, check out my new sig "Curious". its my second attempt at a realistic look.I didnt use the wall paper for that sig, i just used the render from Planet Renders.
