They've been doing a lot of tweaks to the Blu-ray edition of season 3. Fixing all the silly clipping issues that shouldn't have existed, redrawing some frames, etc.

I guess J.C. Staff assumes the viewers of Accelerator are stupid or something:

 

They specifically add text to mention the reason the girl screams is because the water is cold, yet right before this they show her turning on the water while the knob clearly showed it was set to cold. >_>
