When putting in a picture anywhere in the forum you have to type then [/ img] (no spaces) so just do your spoiler tages :

pic goes here [/ spoiler] [/ img] just like that.

I think that is what you mean... if not that is the only spoiler tag we use here there really is no picture instead of show
