[Solved] How to change the during sign up options after?

how would i go about changing the options i selected during registration? like show age, select time zone etc.

sorry if this is simple as i may be blind or retarded, maybe both.

Click the User CP link.

Then the options can be found on different pages.

Edit Your Details, Edit Options, etc.
