His voice in the dubbed is really annoying and he is just the weirdest one piece character, also in subs he is equally as annoying and he looks even weirder when in the beginning he lost some of his body parts and was the little buggy. Because if you had seen those episodes then your opinion might have been a little different.This is exactly what i was about to say, he reallly grew on me over those situations but i guess the way he was first introduced would have people who havent watched far ahead have a negative opinion of him.
