RikuoAmero
sounds like you'll have to get a cooling system for your PC Case, air coolers are easier to install than the water coolers, but either way, they should cool down the graphics card. Digital Scope
i have 2 big case fans and 1 small one but this card runs at 70 degrees when i play games but cools down to 41 when it idles and the card itself has a big fan on it,its just insane how hot it gets
Thundare
70 degrees is not going to kill it. You can get a program to control the fan speed on the card and it makes a huge difference. I think ATI Overdrive is what they use. I have an Nvidia card (which is better lol) and use EVGA Precision.
Digital Scope
lol nvidia never but yeah it has overdrive and thats where i saw the tempreture and fan speed but its all set on auto now and dont really want to muck about with it since i dont understand any of it,so 70 is ok then? Thundare
70 is getting hot but you can take off auto and turn the fan speed to 100% and it will really cool your card. Make sure your not turning the core clock up though, That will kill it if you dont know what your doing.
†ballard
70 is still in the "safe zone". I tested out one of my graphics cards awhile back and it got all the way up to 115 before my computer shut itself down. 70-90 is quite normal for a higher end graphics card, so at 70 there is nothing to worry about. If you wanted to you could put an aftermarket cooler on the card to help keep the temperature down like Rikuo said.
