† ballard
I know walmart sells some. Look around their website to see if they have any around your price range.Edit: Like Koby said, I've mainly only seen them around the $100 mark.

† ballard
It would probably be best for you to save a little bit more money. You don't wanna buy a refurbished one and have it break on you.

RikuoAmero
If you've got a TV with HDMI/DVI/VGA inputs, then I suggest you simply hook up your computer to it. Media players don't always have the best file format support: I had a 1TB Iomega that didn't read .mkv. If connecting your computer isn't practical, try streaming the files through your Xbox 360 or PS3, just google "Java PS3 Media Server" and install that, its pretty straight forward. seirachan
I think I'll take my chances, doubt I'll ever have $100.well if you have a job just make a second bank account and send money to that bank account every paycheck to save money. just make sure the bank account doesn't have any fees on it. I've been doing this and I got $800 saved up atm but I wont spend that on anything lol

dbz0102
Media players go on sale every so often, I own an argosy player and I like the fact that it plays almost everything I throw at it.
