Nero D. Ace
Action: Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Artistic achievement: God of War III Best game: Mass Effect 2Story; Original music; Technical innovation: Heavy Rain Use of audio: Battlefield: Bad Company: 2 Bafta ones to watch: Twang! GAME award: Call of Duty: Black Ops Fellowship: Peter MolyneuxWell, Assassin's Creed definitely deserved that Action award. I can't begin to count how many people fell in love with the idea of running around rooftops and slashing people's throats. This is the first TRUE assassin game.God of War 3 had the artistic award coming as well. I mean, not only is it on the PS3, which increases it's graphics 10 times compared to the PS2, the guys did an awesome job creating the art that occurred whenever one of the God died.I haven't played or even heard of Mass Effect 2 or Battlefield so I can't say much on those. Haven't heard of Twang! either. If Black Ops would be getting the GAME award wasn't even a discussion. This game has spread all over the world like a forest fire. Just about every guy I know with a PS3 has bought this game and played it at least 10 hours a week.
† The Joker
@Iki Twang I haven't heard of either, but I do agree with Assassin's Creed being the best assassin game to date. Battlefield and Mass effect are very popular series, as is Call of Duty.Still, Nice to see a game that really did things differently getting the recognition it deserves, I was afraid the big name titles were gonna breeze through everything again
