Not so into the fishnets, but Anko has a "don't give me crap" attitude. Pretty cool and sexy. And she can also be pretty chill like in the Chunin arc when she didn't seem so worried that some might not make it back alive. Most of the genins looked pretty scared and the background music's tone was apprehensive, but she was all smiles.

My favorite is usually from whatever series I happened to finish last. I always have a different favorite. For me, it is currently Himari Noihara because I happened to watch Omamori Himari last. But I can go through just about Anime I've watched and find a fave girl.
